In this role, you'll be performing detailed inspections and collaborating with team members to quickly resolve any product issues. Shift Time:

5AM - 2PM, Monday to Friday & 7AM - 4PM, Monday to Friday In This Role Conduct thorough product inspections, document findings, and capture photos using our warehouse management systems on computers and tablets Identify and report product issues, such as splits, cracks, dents, finish flaws, color inconsistencies, material defects, and packaging problems Utilize barcode scanners for accurate inventory management Operate a variety of tools daily, including hand tools, power tools, touch-up materials, and packaging materials Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and, if trained, forklifts or pickers to move products Unpack, rework, and repack products to their original condition as needed Accurately identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading Assist with unloading and loading containers or trailers as required Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team Be open and honest Reach for excellence Act with responsibility Value the whole person Enjoy the journey The Ideal Person 1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations High school diploma or GED required Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance Willingness to work overtime as needed Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours About Four Hands Headquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space.
