In this position you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day fulfillment and delivery of product from our Flagship store to our satellite locations, in addition to trips to our warehouse. This is a part time morning position, and could turn into full time. Shift times are 4am-12pm, but vary based on necessity.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Assess bakery inventory and utilize pack sheets to properly organize cafe orders.
• Pack goods with care, to be sure all product remains in tact and is delivered with care.
• Understand and implement FIFO whenever working with perishable product and track any waste.
• Maintain clean and organized storage spaces, adhering to company and government regulation.
• Assist the kitchen team in receiving vendor orders, putting away anything that arrives on shift in it's place and ensuring food safety rules are followed.
• Drive a company van for all deliveries, abiding by local traffic laws at all times.
• Deliver stock to satellite cafes, unloading and putting items away as necessary to align with food safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen teams, general managers and leadership to protect the integrity of the function.
• Deliver goods to, or pick goods up from the company warehouse as needed.
• Utilize quick thinking and common sense to be prepared for your shift and following shifts.

This position requires a person that is organized, likes checklists and is extremely thorough. You must be able to move/lift boxes of up to 50lbs, have a valid drivers license and be incredibly reliable.

Applicants Must:

• Be on time to every shift.
• Maintain a valid drivers license at all times.
• Be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.
