Job Description

Position Summary:
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the picking, packaging, TABC stickering, invoicing, and shipping of liquor, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage product orders for the wholesale warehouse. This role supports wholesale operations and ensures the accuracy and timeliness of wholesale orders, working under the supervision of the Wholesale Fulfillment Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Punctuality and reliability in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and on team, using clear and respectful communication to accomplish tasks that may change on the fly Ability to learn and recognize a variety of specific products and ensure accuracy of picked orders Ability to create accurate invoices with minimal errors Communicate clearly and effectively with customers when confirming order status via email Assisting with loading of delivery vehicles and maintaining loading safety standards Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Must be able to regularly lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds
Minimum Qualifications:
Attention to detail and the ability to recognize and differentiate between products Basic organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in warehouse or liquor industry Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems Ability to pivot during high volume or rapidly changing conditions Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Excel Pay:
$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
