We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as General Laborers in our poultry packaging department. This role involves handling, inspecting, and packaging poultry products in a cold environment to ensure quality and food safety standards are met. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can handle cold temperatures, we encourage you to apply! Must be comfortable working in a cold warehouse. (30-40 Degrees)

Responsibilities:

Inspect, sort, and package poultry products according to company standards. Operate basic production equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Follow all food safety and workplace safety guidelines. Work efficiently in a cold environment (temperatures around 30?F to 40?F). Lift, stack, and move products as required (may involve moderate to heavy lifting). Able to work walking, squatting, bending and twisting (waist, back) Able to lift 40 lbs Assist with other general labor tasks as needed.
