Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lumper to help unload heavy carpets from trailers and assist with preparing them for storage or shipment. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to use a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities:

Unload heavy carpet rolls from trailers safely and efficiently Measure carpets using a tape measure to ensure accurate lengths Wrap carpets securely for storage or shipment Stack and organize carpets in designated areas Inspect carpets for quality and report any damage or issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines while handling heavy materials

Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy carpet rolls throughout the shift Must know how to properly use a tape measure Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

Frequent heavy lifting Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
