Full Time/Hourly (40 hrs/week; additional hours as needed to support organization and individual goals) Job Requirements Ability to perform repetitive tasks High School diploma or equivalent Motor coordination, manual & finger dexterity Basic computer skills Job Preferences Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Job Summary To pack a specified number of quality plastic parts in an appropriately sized and labeled container. Essential Job Functions 1. Visually inspect and compare production parts with sample parts to assure defect-free products within established production standards. 2. Label cartons. 3. Package a specified number of defect-free parts in an appropriately sized and labeled container and place on a skid, in accordance with packaging specifications to prevent damage when shipping. 4. Retrieve all documents for the production runs and return to proper files when complete. 5. Complete required charting, tracking, and documentation of production parts for traceability purposes. 6. Perform secondary production operations and reworking of parts, and fill out related documents. 7. Set the puller speed setting when changing jobs. 8. Grind scrap plastic while the line is being set-up for production. 9 Complete water charting. 10. Perform production order sign-off responsibility. 11. Return sample part and compare with first/last piece. 12. Qualify bow and length after preliminary cooling. 13. Follow lockout/tagout procedures. 14. General housekeeping. 15. Write serial number on the part and place all parts checked on top of completed skid. 16. Other duties as assigned. 17. Scanning System. 18. Follow 5S procedures.
