Picker/Packer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and correctly. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with warehouse management systems. Duties Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and process customer orders. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse. Perform order picking and packing tasks with precision, ensuring products meet quality control standards. Handle materials with care during stocking, loading, and unloading activities to prevent damage. Prepare shipments by packaging items securely according to specifications and shipping requirements. Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing inventory. Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling for efficient warehouse distribution. Conduct regular inventory checks, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to support accurate stock levels. Support warehouse supervisor in implementing safety protocols and optimizing workflow efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in a warehouse environment with skills in picking & packing, order fulfillment, and stock management. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory accuracy. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks safely; certification is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packing, and inventory management. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations. This role is vital in ensuring timely order processing and maintaining high standards of warehouse operations. Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
