Duties Assist kitchen staff by organizing and expediting food orders to ensure timely delivery to tables or service stations Plate and garnish dishes according to presentation standards, maintaining consistency and visual appeal Pack food items securely for takeout or delivery orders, ensuring freshness and safety during transport Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and other team members to coordinate order flow and special requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station, adhering strictly to food safety protocols Handle food handling responsibilities with care, following all health regulations to prevent contamination Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting dining areas efficiently Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments preferred but not required Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Experience in serving or catering roles that emphasize customer service excellence Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for culinary arts and guest satisfaction Join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences!
