Position Summary:

Craftex is seeking friendly, dependable, full-time shipper to join our retail team. This role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements
• Verify and inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and damage
• Create shipping labels, invoices, and necessary documentation for domestic and international shipments
• Provide exceptional customer service when helping customers in store, online and on the phone
• Work closely with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to meet shipping deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be reliable, friendly and able to multitask
• Be able to stand on your feet during your entire shift and able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Able to climb a 10ft ladder
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English

REQUIRED

(Bilingual is a plus)

Compensation & Schedule:

• Hourly pay: $12.00
• $15.00 depending on experience
• Full-time position with required weekend and holiday shifts
• Potential for overtime hours is available
