About Us Rush Autoworks is a fast-growing automotive manufacturer bringing affordable racing to motorsports. Role Overview Handles the back half of the order process: picking, packing, and getting orders out the door. Pulls orders from pick tickets, packs them so parts and bodywork survive transit, and coordinates the actual shipment. Schedules pickups through shipping portals and works directly with carriers when they arrive. May perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Picking & Packing Picks orders from the location listed on the pick ticket, verifying item number and description Packs parts and bodywork for shipment, using appropriate materials and pallet configurations to prevent damage in transit Builds and wraps pallets so freight arrives intact, including irregularly shaped and fragile bodywork Marks each line item/box so it corresponds to the correct order and shipment Shipping Coordination Schedules outbound shipments through carrier/shipping portals (LTL, parcel, and freight as needed) Coordinates directly with carriers and drivers for pickup times and dock/load logistics Prepares and verifies shipping documentation, including bills of lading Tracks outbound shipments and follows up on any delays or issues with carriers General Warehouse Loads trucks with outgoing freight Keeps packing and shipping area safe, clean, and organized Cross-trains on other warehouse operations as needed Skills Needed Experience using shipping/carrier portals to schedule and manage outbound freight Ability to read a pick ticket and match part numbers/descriptions accurately Knowledge of proper packing methods for fragile or oversized items (bodywork, painted parts) Comfortable coordinating directly with carriers and drivers Basic ERP capabilities and proficiency with shipping documentation (BOLs) Forklift or pallet jack experience Requirements Prior experience in shipping/logistics or warehouse packing required Ability to lift, climb, bend, stoop, push/pull Continuous standing and/or walking for a full shift Works frequently with weight of 10-50 lbs. and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (cold, hot, dusty, noisy conditions) Benefits Paid time off Experience & Certification Shipping/logistics or warehouse packing experience: 2 years (required) Forklift certification (preferred)

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
