$1000.00 (complete first 90 days 500.00 and 1 year 500.00) Position Description This role supports the Shipping/Receiving team by performing tasks related to picking, packing, shipping, and receiving materials and finished goods. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Pick and assemble orders from stock or production areas according to packing lists; weigh and prepare customer orders for shipment. Receive raw materials and vendor shipments; inspect, verify, and store materials in designated locations. Maintain a clean and organized shipping area; dispose of waste properly and keep work areas free of debris. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Inspect assigned equipment and report any defects to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Perform additional duties as assigned. Pre‑Hire Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1 or more years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or equivalent Ability to operate plant equipment such as forklifts, hoists, pallet jacks. •Strong attention to detail.•Ability to read, write, and speak English. Post‑Hire Training Requirements Environmental and safety training relevant to job duties and equipment. Job‑specific instructional training.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment Frequent use of hands for handling tools, materials, and equipment; frequent reaching with hands and arms. Regular standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and over 100 lbs occasionally (team lift required for items over 55 lbs). Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts; occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Work environment noise level is typically loud. Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
