1st Shift (Full-Time) Job Description We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pickers to join our warehouse team in Irving, TX. As a Picker, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, packed, and ready for shipment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack orders according to order sheets and company standards. Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, etc.) safely and efficiently. Maintain organized and clean work areas to ensure safety and productivity. Verify product information, quantity, and quality before packing. Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Qualifications Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude. Pay Details:
