Job Description

Job Title:
Shipping and Receiving Clerk 6am-2:30pm / 10:30am-7pm / 3pm-11:30pm (shift differentials included) Job Description This role supports a high-volume mobile kitting department by assembling, taping, and preparing boxes and pallets to meet customer requirements and performance targets. You will work independently in a clean, climate-controlled, metal-free facility, handling physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Assemble, kit, and prepare boxes according to department standards and customer requirements. Tape, fold, and label boxes accurately to ensure proper packaging and presentation. Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs within the department safely and efficiently. Build and wrap pallets as needed to support shipping, storage, and kitting operations. Maintain accurate and organized records related to kitting, packaging, and material movement. Work autonomously while following established procedures and quality standards. Demonstrate thoroughness and strong attention to detail in completing all tasks. Communicate clearly in English with team members and follow instructions provided in English. Support increased workload during quarterly ramps and peak periods by staying committed to the assigned schedule. Adhere to all attendance expectations and work policies to help the team meet customer KPIs and deadlines. Essential Skills Ability to perform kitting tasks, including assembling, folding, and taping boxes. Comfort working autonomously while following established procedures. Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion. Ability to maintain accurate and organized records. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to remain fully committed to the assigned work schedule, including during peak periods such as quarterly ramps and the month of December. Reliability in following attendance policies and schedule commitments. Openness to training and instruction provided in English.

6am-2:30pm / 10:30am-7pm / 3pm-11:30pm (shift differentials included) Why Work Here? Work Environment You will work on a Monday through Friday schedule, in a clean and climate-controlled facility. The site is metal-free, which means you must be able to work in an environment where metal items are restricted to avoid triggering security equipment. The role is physically active and involves standing, lifting, moving boxes, and working around pallets and packaging materials throughout the shift. The department operates in a fast-paced, production-oriented setting focused on meeting customer KPIs, especially during quarterly ramps and the Q4 peak period, which may include some weekend work. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lewisville, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
