We are hiring Mushroom Pickers / Harvesters to join our team in Madisonville, TX. If you're dependable, hardworking, and looking for a full-time position with excellent benefits, we want to hear from you!Pay Base rate:
$11.25 per hour Additional production commission based on your picking/harvesting performance Total earnings depend on how quickly and efficiently you pick Opportunity to earn significantly more through production incentives Training 4-6 weeks of training No previous mushroom-picking or harvesting experience required Training will teach you the proper techniques to help you become a successful picker Schedule 4 days on / 2 days off 7:00 AM until approximately 7:00 PM Full-time position Schedule may include 10-12 hour shifts Full Benefits Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Vacation pay Sick pay Bereavement leave Jury duty pay FMLA Why Join Us?
