Temp RPM Staffing is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer/Assemblers to join our team in McKinney, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and assembling products while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Pay:

$18.00/

HR Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications
• Operate RF scanners to track and manage inventory
• Assemble components and ensure products meet quality standards
• Perform basic math calculations to verify order quantities
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Follow all safety and company policies
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math skills
• Experience using RF scanners a plus
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
