Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing products to ensure timely and correct shipments. This position plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to their work, supporting our commitment to operational excellence. Responsibilities Carefully select items from inventory based on order specifications, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product type Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Verify the accuracy of each order before sealing and labeling for shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to promote efficiency and safety Assist with inventory management by reporting discrepancies or low stock levels Follow safety protocols consistently while handling packaging materials and equipment Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity targets Prepare shipping labels and documentation accurately for dispatch Ensure all packages meet quality standards before leaving the packing station Skills Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of inventory management systems or warehouse software is advantageous Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for lifting, packing, and handling products Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members Reliability and punctuality in adhering to scheduled shifts Knowledge of safety procedures related to warehouse operations
