Duties Efficiently locate and pick items using RF scanners and order picker equipment to meet daily order fulfillment targets Operate heavy machinery such as reach trucks, and order pickers equipment safely and effectively. Stock shelves accurately, ensuring proper placement and organization of products within the warehouse distribution area. Prepare orders for shipping by packing items securely, verifying quantities, and labeling packages according to shipping standards. Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including loading and unloading materials using heavy equipment. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all picked items meet company standards before dispatch. Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and warehouse procedures. Skills Proven experience with order picking, packing, stocking, and warehouse distribution operations Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory accuracy Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and warehouse safety regulations Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance Excellent attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload materials regularly Join us in delivering excellence through efficient logistics!
