RPM Staffing is seeking a Wrap and Pack Specialist to join our production team in Plano, Texas. In this essential hands-on role, you'll specialize in the bulk and heavy packaging of large panels, components, and custom installations — ensuring every piece arrives at customer sites in perfect, damage-free condition. If you're physically capable, safety-minded, and enjoy transforming finished products into secure shipments, this is your opportunity to play a critical role in our growing operation. Key Responsibilities Carefully wrap and protect large panels, components, and heavy products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit. Pack items according to specifications, including custom crating for oversized and heavy installations. Accurately label packages and prepare all required shipping documentation. Inspect finished products for quality and defects before packaging. Collaborate efficiently with production and shipping teams to meet daily output targets. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and pallet jacks. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, or crating preferred.
Physical capability:
Ability to push/pull 75-100 pounds using a pallet jack and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality. Basic computer skills for labeling systems and inventory tracking. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
