Job Summary Pronto Staffing is hiring a Production Associate to help move and prepare products for the cooking process. You will be responsible for hanging items on conveyor belts and moving racks through the facility. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who enjoys active work and can follow strict safety and cleanliness rules. Responsibilities Manually pick and hang products on conveyor belts and bars Move products onto mobile racks to keep the production line moving Safely use knives or safety blades to prepare items Unload products carefully after they have finished cooking Keep the work area clean and follow all food safety rules (GMP) Perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately Requirements Ability to speak and understand English Strong hand-eye coordination At least one month of related work experience or training is helpful Ability to follow detailed instructions and stay organized Great attendance and a positive attitude Work Environment Work in cold and freezer environments below 40°F Exposure to wet and humid conditions Stand and walk for the entire shift Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally Follow a dress code including jeans, t-shirt, and steel-toe boots Benefits Benefits may be available depending on assignment.
