Job Description

Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
As a Central Fill Pharmacy Care Representative, you will be responsible for packaging verified prescriptions that are shipped to H-E-B pharmacies. You will verify contents ensuring all items are present to finish the order using manual and semi-automated processes. You will also be responsible for other duties that help Central Fill meet its daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Scans prescription vial/package to print shipping labels for verified orders Accurately matches shipping information to prescription vial/package (name, number of orders per bag, etc) Packages/sends verified orders to Sortation for shipping to Stores Effectively and accurately handles different types of prescription orders including ambient and refrigerated Assists technicians in prepping supplies for offline replenishment Ensures privacy and confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) as required by HIPAA Ensures packaging material (including ice) and supplies are stocked correctly Assists with maintenance, organization, and upkeep of facility The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position. Qualifications & Key Requirements:
Entry operations individual contributor position providing service or support through manual operational tasks in a hands-on environment supporting daily business activities. Works under direct supervision on routine tasks and follows standard procedures with very little independent judgement.

Strong verbal/written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus in stressful situations Ability to work with minimal supervision Microsoft Office experience and general computer skills Production goal oriented Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate clearly in English (required)

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Work in a fast-paced production environment with large team Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays while remaining flexible to business needs Use arms/hands in a repetitive motion requiring hand and wrist dexterity Work extended hours; stand/sit for extended periods Stay past scheduled shift to complete daily production in the event of systems failure or production downtime, as needed Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift up to 40 lbs The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Partner encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
