Picker/Packer Job Title:

Picker/Packer Position Summary:

All Temps Personnel Services is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Essential Job Duties Pick products accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or work orders. Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping. Label, sort, and prepare packages for shipment. Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before packing. Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting shortages or damaged products. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Assist with loading, unloading, stocking, and other warehouse duties as needed. Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. Qualifications Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic reading and math skills.
