Retail Receiver & Inspector San Antonio Shoe Inc - 3.4 San Antonio, TX Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Basic math High school diploma or GED Manual assembly Full Job Description Company Profile San Antonio Shoemakers (SAS), a San Antonio, Texas based company, has been in business for over 40 years and has developed a reputation as a premier American manufacturer of high quality comfort footwear. Position SAS has an opening for a Retail Receiver and Inspector. Job Responsibilities Ensure all shoes received are of 1st quality. Identify all shoes that are not 1st quality and isolate. Clean and re-box all shoes as needed. Ensure that all shoes are received in D365 system. Tag all shoes with unique identifier. (LP's) Cleanliness of work area. Must make sure all shoes are received against RO/Transfer Orders Communicate with Lead/Supervisor on all issues with receipts. Must account for all old Transfer orders/RO's and ensure they are received within the time window. Assist in Receiving of the truck containing Finish Goods. Loading and Unloading of Trucks as needed. Handle, Sort and move shoes to appropriate areas. Assist in all areas of the DC operation as needed. Job Qualifications Must complete at least 8 weeks of continued training on inspection of shoes. Work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals. Dependable, self-motivated and a team player. Mature, responsible, and hardworking. Respectful and caring for co-workers. Accountable for actions/errors. Must have good attendance and good attitude. Physical Requirements Must be able to push cases on cart up to 100lbs & lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis Must be able to stand/walk for 8 - 10 hours. Repetitive hand and wrist extension and flexion to complete product assembly. Reach, stoop, and pull items above shoulder. Education & Experience Requirements Experience of inspection of Shoes High school diploma/GED.
