Job Title:

Lumber Yard Order Puller

Pay Rate:

$16.00 / hour (get paid every Friday!) We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Lumber Yard Laborer to join our yard team. In this role, you will work directly alongside a forklift operator to pull, organize, and stage lumber and building materials for customer orders. This is a physically demanding outdoor position that requires strong teamwork, physical stamina, and a focus on safety.

Responsibilities:

• Order Staging:

  Read order tickets and manually pull lumber and materials to build accurate customer orders.

• Teamwork:

  Work closely in tandem with a dedicated forklift operator to safely move, transport, and stack heavy lumber.

• Loading & Unloading:

  Assist with loading customer vehicles and delivery trucks as needed.

• Yard Maintenance:

  Keep the lumber yard clean, organized, well-stocked, and safe for staff and customers.

Material Inspection:

Perform visual quality checks on lumber and building products before staging.

• Experience:

  Previous lumber yard, construction, warehouse, or heavy manual labor experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train candidates with the right work ethic.

  Strong work ethic and dependable attendance for the set Monday-Friday schedule (7:00 AM
• 5:00 PM).
