Packaging Associate | Richmond, UT At Nexeo Staffing, we are seeking motivated and dependable Packaging Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Richmond, Utah. This position plays a key role in the packaging and distribution process by ensuring flour products are properly palletized, prepared for shipment, and handled according to quality and safety standards. No prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. Responsibilities Package and handle 50-pound bags of flour in a production environment. Remove filled flour bags from a conveyor system and stack them onto pallets. Palletize products safely and efficiently to meet production goals. Rotate between multiple work areas throughout the shift. Assist with preparing finished products for stretch wrapping and shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company policies, and safety procedures. Work closely with team members to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications No previous experience required; training provided. Ability to lift, move, and stack 50-pound bags repeatedly throughout the shift. Must be physically capable of performing demanding labor in a manufacturing setting. Reliable transportation required. Ability to follow workplace instructions and safety guidelines. Spanish-only speakers are welcome to apply. Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
