Job Description

Quality Control/Packaging and Shipping Clerk Shift:

M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Design To Print is currently seeking a Packing/Shipping and Quality Control Specialist to work in our busy graphic production department. This position includes inspecting, packaging and shipping fabric graphics, signs, decals, vinyl banners, billboards & trade show booths, and other printed materials. As part of our production team, you may also receive training on print production work utilizing a variety of equipment, laminators, C&C router, hand tools and industrial sewing machines.

Job Responsibilities:

Proof finished signs to ensure quality standards are maintained. Package work and prepare for shipment. Identify and organize the most efficient delivery methods and routes. Assist other functions in graphic production and installation departments. Includes graphic finishing, laminating, etc.

Requirements:

Above average attention to detail. Clear and effective communication skills. Excellent internal and external customer service skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and with others in a cooperative, enthusiastic, friendly manner. Ability to adhere and apply clearly defined policies and/or procedures, solve problems when clear choices exist, consult with supervisor when questions arise. Ability to safely lift, move or carry objects weighing 50+ lbs without assistance of others.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST

(including THC).
