The associate will pull product, package and ship packages and assist with other production and inventory tasks in the manufacturing warehouse. Responsibilities Prepare products for shipping, verify product quality and counts. Package products and ship products using Shopify/Shipwise systems. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment following safety protocols to move materials safely across the facility. Assist with production tasks, including gluing patches on hats, receiving inventory, and other tasks.

Experience / Requirements

Prior experience helpful in manufacturing or warehouse environments demonstrating familiarity with packaging, assembly, or shipping processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
