Pay:

About the Role As a Picker/Packer , you will be responsible for accurately selecting (picking) products from warehouse inventory and preparing (packing) them for shipment to customers or retail locations. This role ensures orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and without errors.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick items from shelves or storage areas based on order lists, pick tickets, or handheld scanners Verify product quantities and descriptions against order details Pack items securely into boxes or containers to prevent damage during transit Label packages correctly with shipping information Inspect items for damage or defects before packing Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow safety procedures and company policies Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Speak and understand English. Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus Ability to read and follow instructions or digital picking systems Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina (standing, bending, walking, lifting) Preferred Qualifications (optional depending on employer): Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience Familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems Forklift certification (for some roles)

Working Conditions:
