In this role, you will help ensure products are accurately picked, packed, assembled, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work, follows processes carefully, and contributes to a smooth and efficient workflow. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and assemble kits according to work instructions and customer specifications. Verify item counts, product accuracy, and assembly quality before shipment. Label, organize, and prepare completed kits for storage or distribution. Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues as needed. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Support inventory counts, material handling, and restocking activities as assigned. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Basic organizational and time-management skills. Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks as needed for the role. Prior experience in fulfillment, assembly, warehouse, or production work is preferred but not required. Preferred Attributes Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
