Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will prepare, inspect, package, label, and organize products for shipment. The ideal candidate can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, quality, and workplace safety. Responsibilities Package products according to company standards and customer requirements Inspect products for damage, defects, or incorrect quantities Assemble boxes, containers, and other packaging materials Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and product identification labels Verify orders before they are prepared for shipment Maintain accurate production and packaging records Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Follow all company safety, quality-control, and operating procedures Assist with sorting, inventory, loading, and other warehouse duties as needed Meet daily productivity and quality goals Qualifications Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Basic math and counting skills Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds when required
