Duties Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using barcode scanning and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively. Load and unload shipments using appropriate safety protocols, ensuring proper handling of goods with manual lifting techniques and PPE. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and updates in inventory management systems. Assist in organizing warehouse distribution areas by stocking shelves, consolidating products, and ensuring optimal space utilization. Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists. Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before packing for dispatch. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in order picking, packing, and inventory management. Must have experience using shopify Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning technology, and basic math skills for inventory calculations. Ability to perform manual handling tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Warehouse experience involving shipping & receiving processes, quality control procedures, and load/unload activities is highly desirable.
