Job Description
E-Commerce Warehouse Packer - Full-Time, Monday-Friday EZvacuum.com is a growing e-commerce business specializing in vacuum cleaner parts, bags, filters, belts, accessories, and other replacement parts. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer / Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position focused primarily on accurately packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and helping keep the daily shipping operation organized and moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Pack daily e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently Verify products and quantities before sealing packages Select the correct box, envelope, or packaging for each shipment Pack small parts and larger items securely to prevent shipping damage Apply shipping labels to the correct packages Organize completed packages for carrier pickup Help meet daily shipping deadlines and same-day shipment cutoffs Identify and report incorrect items, missing items, damaged products, or SKU discrepancies Keep the packing and shipping area clean and organized Restock boxes, mailers, tape, labels, and other packing supplies Assist with picking orders, inventory organization, receiving, and other warehouse tasks when needed Follow established packing and shipping procedures What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy Comfortable working with many different products and similar-looking SKUs Able to follow instructions and established processes Able to work independently and as part of a small team Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical warehouse work throughout the day Able to lift and move boxes as needed Basic computer skills Reliable transportation to work You must be authorized to work in the US Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, order fulfillment, Amazon fulfillment, or e-commerce experience is helpful but not required for a dependable candidate who is willing to learn.
