Repack Associate

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

$14.00/hr

Job Summary:

The Repack Associate is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and repackaging beer and wine within our distribution center. This role focuses on breaking down bulk or damaged shipments, salvaging saleable product, building custom variety packs, and ensuring all merchandise meets quality standards. A high attention to detail is required to prevent inventory loss and ensure proper labeling for retail sale.

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect damaged incoming pallets or returned retail cases to identify intact bottles and cans. Carefully rebuild damaged cases or construct new variety multi-packs according to strict configuration guidelines. Safely dispose of broken glass, leaking aluminum cans, and contaminated packaging according to environmental and safety guidelines. Wrap completed cases securely onto pallets and stage them in designated warehouse zones for delivery route loading. Maintain a clean, sweep-ready workspace to eliminate slip-and-trip hazards from liquid spills or broken glass Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 21years of age Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for 8 hours per shift Ability to repeatedly lift and move full beverage cases weighing up to 45-50 lbs., and occasionally maneuver kegs up to 160 lbs. with assistance.
