Use scanning devices and related technology to monitor stock levels and order progress. Promote a secure and productive workspace by keeping your station tidy and well-arranged. Work alongside colleagues to help the team achieve its daily output targets. Perform routine stock audits and notify leadership of any identified variances. Support the team by helping with the loading and unloading of freight when necessary. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all established safety guidelines. Requirements A high school education or its equivalent is preferred. Prior background in a warehouse or order fulfillment setting is beneficial. Strong focus on accuracy and the capacity to complete tasks without constant supervision. Physical capability to stand for extended durations and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Fundamental computer proficiency and experience with systems used for tracking inventory. Strong ability to communicate effectively and cooperate within a team. Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekend or evening hours.
