Night Lead Picker / Keg Picker

Night Lead Picker / Keg Picker Job Description Specialty Beverage of Virginia•distributor of some of the finest beers in the world and a member of the Sheehan Family Companies•is currently looking to fill a Night Lead Picker / Keg Picker position. We are seeking an energetic individual with strong leadership ability, work ethic, and responsibility to support our night warehouse operations.

Schedule Sunday:

7:00 PM•12:00 AM (or when work is done)

Monday-Thursday:

7:00 PM•4:00 AM (or when work is done) Pay $23•24 per hour Responsibilities Build mixed pallet orders for retail delivery Pick, stage, and organize keg orders (half barrels, quarter barrels, etc.) Lead nightly picking operations and support team productivity Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure timely completion Train new employees on picking procedures and safety practices Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts Assist with inventory counts and product rotation Repack damaged product and resolve discrepancies Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment Communicate issues or delays to management Requirements High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years warehouse experience preferred Leadership or lead experience preferred Experience handling kegs or in beverage distribution a plus Forklift certification preferred Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy products (kegs may exceed 150 lbs with assistance) Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Hiring Requirements All candidates considered will have a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and a physical exam.
