In this role, you'll be a key part of the production team—inspecting, sorting, and packaging products with care and precision to meet quality and shipping standards. Job Responsibilities of Packers Package products to meet company and customer specifications Seal, label, and inspect items for quality and accuracy Remove and report any damaged or incorrect items Pick and pack inventory accurately and efficiently Ensure all packaging steps are completed on time and correctly Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols Support inventory tracking through proper documentation Operate basic packing equipment as needed Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Job Qualifications of Packers High school diploma or GED required Experience in a packing, warehouse, or manufacturing role preferred Must be able to lift and move products repetitively Good attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions Strong organizational and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced setting Must be able to work scheduled shift hours, including overtime and Saturdays Work with us and we'll put over 50 years of experience to work for you!
