This is an opportunity to meet with our hiring team, learn more about our company and available positions, and potentially move forward in the hiring process — including the possibility of receiving an offer on-site. SALARY DESCRIPTION

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. We have three lines of business: Aerospace Manufacturing, Aerospace Finishing, and Business Solutions, which operate in 2 locations. We accomplish our mission in three ways: direct hire, vocational programs and services, and serving as a resource to the community.

Salary Range:

$18.00-$23.00 2nd shift is eligible for a $1.25 shift differential

• 4th shift is eligible for a shift differential based on 36 hours
