Job Title:
Case Packer
  • Pay•$19•22 Job Description Join a leading manufacturer in the fresh label soup industry, supplying to major companies.
As a Case Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are packaged, labeled, and palletized efficiently. Your contribution will help maintain the smooth operation of our packaging process. Responsibilities Package, label, and palletize soups efficiently. Lift soups from conveyor belts into boxes, ensuring accurate labeling and smooth machine operation. Hand palletize boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Perform chemical cleaning in assigned areas on a daily and unplanned basis. Escalate machine and organizational issues to the Line Specialist or Lead as needed. Support line operation documentation, including Gemba boards, changeover checklists, and other tracking systems. Contribute to new initiatives by providing feedback, writing procedures, and training others. Maintain assigned tools and perform additional duties as assigned. Essential Skills Experience in general labor and packing. Knowledge of GMP and palletizing. Ability to maintain production and batch records. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry. Availability to work overtime and weekends on a seasonal basis. Additional Skills & Qualifications Self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness to rotate through different machine centers. Motivated, with a positive attitude and team success orientation. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects. Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Passion for food and willingness to address challenges with patience and respect. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a cold environment at 45 degrees with appropriate PPE, including hair nets, bump caps, ear plugs, gloves, and goggles. Steel-toe footwear is required and must be provided by the employee. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00
  • $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
