Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for General Food Production roles in Ferndale, MI. This position requires candidates who can work independently, demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude, maintain attention to detail, and follow strict policies and procedures in a cold/wet, fast-paced environment.

Janitorial Machine Operator Sanitation Packaging Pay & Benefits:

$14.00- $14.50 per hour starting pay Weekly pay Performance Pay Raises Generous referral bonuses available

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing and packaging salsa and hummus products Stacking and organizing product onto pallets Checking labels and monitoring product quality Following all GMP and PPE requirements (no fake nails, eyelashes, or jewelry) Heavy lifting is required

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, refrigerated production facility Cold and wet working conditions Available Shifts (Monday-Friday, some Saturdays;
