You will use a standing forklift to pick and stage cabinet parts for assembly, following pick instructions provided on a handheld device. This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure materials are delivered correctly and production stays on schedule. In addition to forklift operation, you will assist with inventory, material organization, and general department support. Who You Are You're a motivated Picker with experience safely picking, moving, and organizing materials in a warehouse or production environment. You're comfortable operating a standing forklift, following pick instructions on a tablet, and working through aisles with accuracy and attention to detail. Safety is a top priority for you, and you take pride in delivering the right parts to the right place at the right time. You enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and want to be part of a company where teamwork, precision, and continuous improvement are part of the culture. What You'll Do Follow pick instructions on a tablet to accurately select materials from designated bays. Safely operate a standing forklift to pick and transport cabinet parts throughout the facility. Deliver picked parts to the assembly team to support smooth and efficient production flow. Safely load picked parts into the cart attached to your forklift, ensuring materials are secure and handled with care. Maintain accuracy while meeting daily and weekly picking goals. Maintain your equipment and work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist with inventory tracking, material organization, and staging of parts. Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value team members who think critically and take ownership. What You Bring Prior experience in a picking, warehouse, or manufacturing role is a plus. A strong commitment to safety, along with a solid work ethic and eagerness to learn, is what matters most. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. Comfortable operating standing forklifts and other material handling equipment. Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance. Comfortable using digital tools, including scanners and tablets, to accurately pick and track materials.
