Includes picking and packing sales orders. The work day includes standing, lifting up to 45 lbs, twisting, turning, bending, placing items on pallets, taking items off pallets, following work order directions, and documenting work progress. Indoor warehouse working conditions will reflect outdoor temperatures. Candidates should maintain healthy communication, positively contribute to team dynamics, and support each other through our company ethos: Respect, Camaraderie, Cultivation, Adaptability & Equanimity. Job Duties The person in this position: Reads and understands work orders. Inspects/QCs product received from the manufacturer using standardized processes. Accurately signs off on work orders. Reports quality control issues and correctly sorts products for the inventory team. Assembles finished goods, both manually and using automated processes, according to standardized processes. Understands and accurately processes goods according to specific customer needs. Maintains a standard work pace on the warehouse floor relative to the task at hand. Picks, packs, and palletizes products safely and according to standards. Uses safe work practices. Keys to Success Communicating in a clear and respectful manner with coworkers. Following directions and accepting constructive feedback. Repeatedly lifting up to 45 lbs, twisting, turning, and bending for extended periods. Placing items on pallets, taking items off pallets, following work order directions, and documenting work progress. Self-regulating and remaining focused on tasks. Being detail oriented. Working independently and as part of a team. Education/Work Experience High school diploma or GED Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required Dependable, regular attendance, on time, and with a positive attitude Strong work ethic
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
