Warehouse Order Picker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage order fulfillment. Ensure that all picked items are in good condition and meet quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management. Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and move items throughout the shift. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is required.
