Attendance Bonus Position Summary:

The Cold Storage Packer is responsible for packaging and preparing food products for shipment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and food safety standards. This role works in a refrigerated environment and plays an important part in ensuring products are properly packed, labeled, and ready for distribution. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

Job Duties:

Package food products according to company specifications Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging Label, sort, and organize finished goods Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment Follow food safety and quality procedures Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy Assist with additional production and packaging duties as assigned

Requirements:
