Packer

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Packer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging finished label products, performing quality inspections, maintaining accurate counts, and preparing products for shipment according to company standards. The Packer works closely with the Rewind Machine Operator. Key Responsibilities Package finished label products from rewind machines into designated containers and shipping packages. Inspect labels and finished products to verify accuracy and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain accurate product counts and shipment documentation. Seal, secure, and label packages for safe transportation and delivery. Organize and stack packaged products while maintaining a clean and orderly work area. Collaborate with production team members to meet daily production goals and workflow requirements. Follow all safety procedures and report equipment, quality, or production issues promptly. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives. Operate a powered pallet jack when trained and authorized. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Previous packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift, move, and stack products as required. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing/production environment.
