Production Packer Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. This role involves handling various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production process. Responsibilities Hand stack finished product boxes onto pallets. Inspect and reject damaged products. Unjam packing machines. Clean up the maintenance area, including sweeping and possibly sanitation. Conduct finished product counts. Essential Skills Experience in production and cleanroom environments. Ability to perform general labor and packaging tasks. Capability to lift 20+ pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with inventory management is a plus. Why Work Here? Please note that no jewelry or piercings are allowed on the production floor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
