18+ Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. Our state-of-the-art Dairy located in La Crosse, WI processes milk and produces the fruit juice and bottled water for approximately 800+ retail stores. Our facility includes three blow mold machines, which makes the gallons and half gallons for our products. Join our team and work in a fast paced environment as a Dairy Material Handler where you will be responsible for pulling milk and juice orders to be sent to our retail stores from the cooler/warehouse areas of the Dairy.
Work Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday working 5:00am to 3:00pm
Qualifications:
Read/understand/interpret numbers Work in safety conscious environment, accurate/detail oriented Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards Willing to learn/perform variety of job tasks Work in fast paced warehouse environment Work in noisy environment Prior order selection and Power Pallet Jack experience is a plus. Work in temperatures of 35-40 degrees Physical qualifications: bend/reach/twist frequently; lift/carry 32 pounds to 84 inches constantly; stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift constantly; lift/carry 45 pounds to waist level occasionally; push/pull 45 pounds of force occasionally.
Benefits:
Starting rate of pay: $19.75 per hour
Weekend Premium Pay:
