Job Description

We are hiring a Monday-Friday 2nd Shift (2-10PM) Packaging Associate. Come work at a place to build your future and be an integral part of a fast-paced, safety-oriented, and growing industry! We provide creative packaging solutions, industry-leading customer service, and award-winning innovation to a diverse global marketplace. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Palletize and stretch wrap finished materials from machine centers. Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished product per customer specifications. Complete finished goods put-away in designated storage locations. Maintain adequate supply levels at machines to prevent downtime. Work closely with Shipping personnel to prioritize daily workload. Operate fork, clamp, and prong trucks safely and efficiently. Comply with all safety, food safety, and quality policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications & Competencies Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong communication skills Positive attitude and strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Fork/Clamp truck experience preferred Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting Walking or standing on concrete floors for the majority of the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
