Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Neenah, WI to find reliable individuals to work as Packagers and Machine Assistants.
Shift:
1st, 2nd or 3rd
Pay:
$16-$18/hr (based on position) Job Responsibilities -
Packaging:
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. Package finished goods into designated cartons or cases. Hand-pick and place products into cartons according to customer orders. Label cartons, stack products, and pack cartons following work instructions and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines. Job Responsibilities -
Machine Assistant:
Assist machine operators with equipment setup, changeovers, and production support Prepare inks, substrates, and adhesives, and restock materials and supplies as needed. Clean press parts, production equipment, and work areas while performing general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, organized workspace Inspect, sort, and rework printed materials to meet quality standards, and assist with resolving quality or production concerns. Provide break relief for machine helpers, follow all safety and PPE requirements, and perform other production support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual; must be able to report on time for all scheduled shifts Able to work 8-10 hour shifts daily Open to working overtime, as needed Willing and able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including wearing all required PPE Capable of standing for the entire duration of the shift Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
Pay Details:
