Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in picking the pump parts to ensure that our Assembly team can build our pumps in an efficient and effective manner. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, and safety in a manufacturing environment. Duties Accurately pick and prepare orders for assembly according to customer specifications and bill of materials. Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move products safely. Maintain organization within the warehouse by ensuring that products are stored in their designated locations. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are reported. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is required. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
