Packager:

Sort and process recyclable materials according to company and environmental standards Operate equipment such as conveyors, grinders, crushers, balers, and pumps Maintain a clean and organized work environment for safe operations Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure workplace safety Monitor equipment performance and report issues or concerns to management Meet daily productivity and quality goals set by leadership Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient material processing Assist with training and onboarding of new employees What You Need to Bring to the

Packager Role:
