Lead Bilingual Packer Responsibilities:
- Lead packing activities on the production line during the shift
- Translate order instructions and communicate effectively with bilingual and English-speaking team members
- Ensure accurate and efficient packing of customer orders
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the shift
- Communicate important updates, instructions, and workflow information to staff on the floor Requirements for
Lead Bilingual Packer:
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or production environment preferred
- Bilingual skills required (English/Spanish preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
